My body trio
A journey connected to human composition, to the search for intimate truth among three human beings, among three bodies: the first possible group. A vitalism free from ideological or intellectual superstructures, revealing itself purely toward others.
My body trio is a choreographic creation for three bodies exploring the relationship between individuality and community. Through essential movements, proximity, stillness, and shared rhythms, the performers build fragile and shifting relationships in space, suspended between the need to be together and the desire to preserve their own freedom. x In a bare and luminous setting, the performance becomes a vital and concrete affirmation of human vulnerability, placing the body at the center of connection, balance, and mutual listening.
